Rev. Gillian Morton MA, BD, PCE
Gillian was born in Worcestershire - hence her lifelong passion for cricket -
and attended a Methodist school in Devon; an experience which was to shape her theological outlook. After studying at St Andrews University and the Free University, Berlin.
Back in Scotland and with four children, Gillian became involved in the Play group movement and Play in Hospital, which combined with hospital visiting with the Friends of Dumfries Royal
Infirmary. It was whilst she was a Chaplain at the Borders General Hospital that she began using the Amos Scripture Care cards with patients, staff and visitors to the hospital.
