Henry Drummond was born in Stirling, Scotland in 1851. He became a close friend of Dwight L Moody and assisted him in his religious campaigns that led to a religious revival on an unprecedented scale. Drummond organised and addressed many meetings, especially of young people. He was a preacher of extraordinary power and sincerity.
