| Sherin lives in Sacramento, California, and has been writing poetry for fifteen years. She was born into a Muslim family in Cairo, Egypt. The family moved to Boston when she was six months old and stayed there for seven years. For years she felt a spiritual vacuum in her life. Being a Muslim never felt right for her. A Muslim converting to another faith causes a serious family rift, so she could never speak to her family about this. Now she is complete, having found Jesus Christ.
