Although I have not written any poetry of note I have decided, as founder of the Amos Scripture Care Trust, to let others read some of my writings and sermons that I have preached at St George's West Church, Edinburgh.

Claire Adriance

The founder of the Amos Scripture Care Trust met Claire when he was visiting Peru. He was hugely impressed by her courage and her effective and selfless approach to helping the poor. These poems are from a book she gave him.

Elinor Jones

The late Elinor Jones  enjoyed a varied career in Residential Social Work, both in practical and managerial roles. Elinor served as Treasurer of the Scottish Fellowship of Christian Writers for 10 years.  As a Christian author she published several devotional books. She attended Bo'ness Baptist Church.

Henry Drummond

Henry Drummond was born in Stirling, Scotland in 1851. He became a close friend of Dwight L Moody and assisted him in his religious campaigns that led to a religious revival on an unprecedented scale. Drummond organised and addressed many meetings, especially of young people. He was a preacher of extraordinary power and sincerity. The grand mother of the founder of the Amos Scripture Trust was Henry Drummond's sister.The
